Unlike his older quarterback family members, Arch Manning is a different breed when it comes to using his legs.
The Manning family has never been known for having speed, but Arch is built differently.
Peyton and Eli Manning made careers by using their arms to attack defenses, and while Arch can do the same, he adds another layer with his feet.
As he gets set to be the starter at Texas, a new report says Arch Manning is focusing on speed and strength training this off-season, hoping to be faster and stronger by the 2025 season.
With that news came rumors that Manning’s 40-yard dash time is “around” a 4.5 right now.
If that is correct, then it means he would be right there with Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and faster than Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
NFL scouts are high on Manning, believing it’s “realistic” for him to produce over 3,800 passing yards and 500+ rushing yards in his first season as a starter.

All Eyes Will Be On Arch Manning
The Arch Manning era is fast approaching as he becomes the starting quarterback for the University of Texas Longhorns football team.
With Texas starting quarterback Quinn Ewers off to the NFL, Manning is the presumptive starter for the Longhorns in 2025.
Manning flashed his impressive potential as a starter when Ewers missed time due to injury, and fans will tune in to see if he lives up to the hype.
