Colorado State has officially made it personal!
Prior to tonight’s highly anticipated game between Colorado and Colorado State, things went from 0 to 100 real quick when Rams head coach Jay Norvell decided to take a shot at Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders for his patented sunglasses and hat.
As Coach Prime stated, that immediately made things “personal.”
And perhaps no one took it more personal than Colorado quarterback and coach’s son, Shedeur Sanders.
The Heisman hopeful began by calling out the Rams head coach during pregame interviews during the week, but when it came time to take the field for warmups tonight, he continued to let the Colorado State players know that this was more than just your typical football game.

The Buffaloes already entered this game as huge favorites. It’ll be interesting to see if the extra motivation results in an ever bigger blowout victory for Deion’s boys, or if it ends up backfiring on the University of Colorado football team.
