Shedeur Sanders has had a busy offseason, having delved into pop culture following his first season as the quarterback for the Colorado Buffaloes.
As such, he has released a hip-hop track in which he sings and raps called “Perfect Timing.
The track, which dropped on the QB’s official YouTube channel on Tuesday night, shows cover art of the player flashing his watch during pre-game warmups in a gesture popularized as “The Shedeur.”
Sanders teased the song in a TikTok video last September and tweeted about when he might release it in December. In his new launch, he refers to money, cars, and jewelry as he flows over a bass-filled beat.

Shedeur Sanders Has Been Getting Some Bad Press Lately
Shedeur Sanders was the betting favorite to go No. 1 in 2025 following the culmination of the 2024 NFL Draft, but that’s no longer the case as Georgia’s Carson Beck has usurped him.
The QB’s odds tanked after he posted a tweet defending his dad, Deion Sanders, after coach Prime was accused of dismissing former Colorado safety Xavier Smith without giving him a one-on-one.
“(I don’t) even remember him (to be honest),” Shedeur said in response. “Bro had to be very mid at best.”
The tweet prompted rife backlash, with his odds dipping shortly after.
