The Colorado Buffaloes certainly didn’t bring their best against Caleb Williams and the USC Trojans on Saturday,.
USC was in control for almost the entire game, though the Buffaloes at least made things a little interesting with a mini late third/early fourth quarter rally.
In the final frame, Colorado cut USC’s lead to 14 points after Shedeur Sanders made this jaw-dropping throw to Omarion Miller for six. The end zone camera angle adds the element of “wow” to this play:
It’s been a frustrating day in Boulder, but at least Shedeur and the offense made the game exciting for a while. The second half performance on offense is definitely something to build on.
