SEC Ref Purposely Bumps Into Rick Barnes, Then Appears To Accuse Barnes of Making Contact (VIDEO)

On Tuesday night, the Tennessee Volunteers hosted the Texas A&M Aggies in an SEC showdown as both teams fought for a win to try and stay relevant in the NCAA tournament race.

The Aggies walked out with a 63-58 win, but that became a secondary story to the footage of a referee walking and clearly bumping into head coach Rick Barnes.

That official then turns around to confront Barnes and appeared to balme him for making contact.

Barnes addressed the incident after the game, but mostly held his tongue:

#Vols coach Rick Barnes on being bumped by official Mike Nance: I have faith in the SEC office. I trust them to look at that and look at this game in general and do the right thing. There’s a lot of things I want to say but I won’t because I trust our league’s office.
