SEC Network Reporter Addresses Eating Banana On Live TV Without Peeling It First (VIDEO + TWEET)

An SEC Network sideline reporter went insanely viral on Saturday when she decided to eat a banana live during a game — peel and all.

Alyssa Lang, a reporter for the SEC Network, wanted to honor Kentucky quarterback Will Levis by eating the banana in the way that she did. Levis, who previously played at Penn State and transferred to Kentucky, eats everything the banana has to offer.

Lang eventually took to Twitter and addressed the moment.
