Jaxon Smith-Njigba had a record performance to lead Ohio State to a 48-45 comeback win against Utah in the Rose Bowl. Utah blew an early 14-0 lead as the Utes had no answer for Ohio State quarterback C.J. Stroud and wide receiver Jaxson Smith-Njigba.
Utah reserve defensive tackle Tevita Fotu did not play in the gamne at all, but he still made headlines for what he did after the game.
ESPN cameras captured a confrontation between some Utes and Buckeyes after OSU thrilling 48-45 comeback win last night. At one point in the altercation, Fotu can be seen throwing and connecting with a punch.
Fotu did not appear in a game all season for Utah.
In the grand scheme of things, it did not matter as the Buckeyes walked away with the last laugh.
Smith-Njigba had 347 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Smith-Njigba finishes the 2021 season with an Ohio State-record 95 catches.

Stroud threw for 573 yards and became the first Ohio State quarterback to throw for over 500 yards in a single game. His yardage total is the third-most in bowl history.
