Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III has warned that Deion Sanders could be right after the Colorado head coach made a bold declaration about his son, Shedeur Danders.
Coach Prime was a guest on a recent episode of the ‘Million Dollaz Worth of Game’ podcast, where he claimed that there are certain teams Shedeur will not play for. The sentiment was the same regarding his other son, Shilo Sanders, as well as Buffaloes cornerback Travis Hunter.
The Buffs coach suggested that said players would take a page from Eli Manning’s book if they were to be drafted by an unwanted team.

“I know where I want them to go,” he said. “So, it’s certain cities that ain’t gonna happen. It’s going to be an Eli.”
RGIII reckons Sanders could be on to something given the new age of player empowerment in college as he expects it to seep into the pros.
“The power shift is coming, so everyone needs to buckle up… without the players, all of these sports leagues are nothing,” he said on ESPN’s ‘Get Up’ on Monday morning. “This is the player empowerment age and you’re seeing it coming to the NFL.“

Player empowerment hasn’t quite reached the NFL, but it’s prevalent in the NBA. As to whether or not it makes its way is left to be seen.
Deion Sanders Doesn’t Want His Kids Playing In Cold Weather
The Chicago Bears have already been crossed off by Deion Sanders. Before the aforementioned interview, he said he wouldn’t want Shedeur playing in The Windy City as the quarterback isn’t used to cold weather.
Prime admitted that Colorado is cold, but not during the football season.
He also seemed to suggest that Caleb Williams should refuse to be drafted by the Bears as California was his most recent stop.
Shedeur, Shilo, and Travis are all expected to declare for the NFL Draft in 2025.
