Mayhem was about to ensue at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville after the No. 6 Tennessee Volunteers knocked off the No. 3 Alabama Crimson Tide earlier today. And the referees knew it.
Immediately after Chase McGrath kicked a 40-yard, game-winning field-goal to win it at the end of regulation, 52-49, the fans began to storm the field to celebrate the victory. Not wanting to get trampled by the stampede of Volunteers supporters, the officials under the goal posts could be seen scampering for their lives immediately after signaling that the field-goal was good.

With the win, the Volunteers improve to 6-0 overall, and 3-0 in SEC Conference play. Meanwhile, Alabama drops to 6-1 overall, and 3-1 in conference play.
