For the past few days, multiple cities in the United States have engaged in large protests in response to the murder of George Floyd at the hands of four former Minneapolis police that saw one of them have his knee on Floyd’s neck as he cried out that he couldn’t breathe.
On Tuesday, Philadelphia journalist Nina Feldman just happened to run into a local teenager Khalil Gardner who was rolling a basketball hoop around. He was doing it so people could play some ball and calm down the tensions between protesters and the police.
Awesome.
