Deion Sanders and his Colorado Buffaloes got off to a perfect start this season winning their first three games of the season and looking like a legitimate contender. This all came crashing down over the weekend when Colorado traveled to Oregon to take on the Ducks in their toughest test of the season so far.
The Buffaloes were completely overmatched by the Ducks with quarterback Shedeur Sanders seemingly running for his life on every play as the team struggled to protect its quarterback. Sanders would be sacked a total of seven times as Oregon handed Colorado its first loss of the season with a 42-6 beatdown.
While appearing on Undisputed, former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson suggested that other college programs across the country are getting tired of all the Deion and Colorado hype and that some of them may have even helped Oregon with their game planning for the matchup against the Buffaloes.
Keyshawn was careful not to mention any names in this clip, but he was also clear to point out that if you are paying attention, you will know exactly who he is talking about.
Things will not get any easier for Prime and his Buffaloes as they will host another ranked opponent next weekend when #8 USC travels to Colorado. The Trojans are currently 21.5 point favorites, so Deion will have his work cut out if he wants to avoid his first losing streak as coach of the Buffaloes.
