Osvaldo Canchola will never play football for a team ever again after his disgusting actions.
During a game between the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico (IPN) Burros Blancos and the Monterrey Institute of Technology (Tec) Borregos Salvajes over the weekend saw a terrible play by a guy who likely should’ve been arrested for what he did to his opponent.
Osvaldo Canchola of Burros Blancos was involved in an unsportsmanlike act of Diogo Zanchet Fernández when he intentionally threw his entire body weight on top of Borregos left tackle Diogo Zanchet Fernández’s leg.
The ONEFA (National American Football Student Organization) suspended Osvaldo Canchola for life for the incident.
The president of the ONEFA, Alfredo Trejo Lucero made the announcement.
“Since we received a formal complaint from the Tec de Monterrey in our session on Monday night, the Commission began to review the issue,” declared Alfredo Trejo, president of ONEFA to ESPN Digital.
“According to the statutes, the only body that can sanction is the Commission of Honor and Justice, which is made up of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León, Tec de Monterrey, the University of Celaya and UNAM,” the official added. “After analyzing the evidence and deliberating, they determined the punishment against the player.”

The game was won by Borregos Salvajes 37-0.
Diogo Zanchet Fernández suffered a grade 3 complete rupture of the medial patellofemoral ligament and a grade 2 partial rupture of more than 50 percent of the medial collateral ligament.
“Just as it fell on me I felt my left knee pop, after that, there was a numb feeling in my leg and finally a tingling sensation. I managed to get up with the help of my teammates and I felt a little pain, but I think because of the adrenaline it didn’t get any worse at that moment. I even went to the bench and was there until the game ended,” said the player.
“I hope this boy (Canchola) does not play again this season, so that he has time to reflect on what he did. I don’t want them to take away his scholarship, I don’t think that for a few seconds out of control, his life or education should be ruined. I don’t hate him, I just think that he doesn’t represent the sport we practice,” Diogo Zanchet tells said medium.
Canchola will never be allowed to hold any position — player, coach, official, administrator, or otherwise — within American football in Mexico.
Fernández will miss the remainder of the season.
