Halloween is always a big holiday for college towns and college kids. That even extends to college athletes in their late teens or early twenties who want to have fun with friends. That’s no different for Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart.
The Dart was seen out on Thursday night, celebrating the holiday. However, one fan did not enjoy the sight.
One X user posted a photo of him dressed as Allan from “The Hangover” and left a colorful caption.
Of course, athletes have previously been criticized when they are seen doing something that does not involve their sport, especially during the season. Other people often agree, but that was not the case.
Many people on social media quickly shut down the original post and instead defended Dart

Of course, the post seems even more ridiculous because Dart appears to have a real baby with him. If that is the case, he could simply be trick-or-treating, as some comments allude to.
On Saturday, Ole Miss takes on the Arkansas Razorbacks, and even if the Rebels lose, a photo of Dart celebrating Halloween should not be used to point fingers.
Jaxson Dart Is Having A Solid Season
Dart has had a good season for Ole Miss through eight total games.
Ole Miss has a solid 6-2 record, which has given them enough to be ranked No. 19 in the country.
Through these games, dart has accumulated a 70.6 completion percentage, 2,695 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, three interceptions, and a 180.8 rating.
The Rebels are ninth in the SEC, with a 2-2 conference record going into the weekend.
Even if Ole Miss does not make it into the College Football Playoffs, Dart’s performance on the field should not take the blame.
