Everyone was saying the same thing after the Ohio State Buckeyes scored a meager three points against Missouri in Friday night’s Cotton Bowl.
The Tigers are this year’s champions, winning 14-3 to embarrass Ryan Day and give Michigan even more to chide them over.
To be fair, this is a very different Ohio State. Starting quarterback Kyle McCord is no longer on the roster while star wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. sat out. And when Devin Brown went out with an ankle sprain, Day had to rely on Lincoln Kienholz as his QB for the rest of the game.
Kielnholz was unable to meet the challenge head-on and fans roasted the Buckeyes over it, comparing the situation to Florida State’s, given that the latter won an ACC Championship with a third-string QB.

As it happens, FSU will be in action this Saturday as they’re scheduled to face the Georgia Bulldogs in the Orange Bowl. It’s going to be an interesting one as they’re still without their starter.
