Dylan Raiola, the No. 1 quarterback recruit in the country, has committed his future to the Georgia Bulldogs. However, the program is thought to be in danger of losing him as Nebraska has gotten involved.
A report from On3 is claiming that the Cornhuskers are working overtime in a bid to get the player to flip before signing day, which would be a massive steal.
The five-star recruit has been linked to Nebraska for a while now, despite his commitment, and has strong family ties there as his father, Dominic, is one of the best players in Cornhuskers history.
The school is also working on a move for Kyle McCord. The Ohio State quarterback, a starter for the Buckeyes, entered the transfer portal earlier this month and has attracted several big-name programs. Nebraska is understood to be the favorite to land him.
Georgia, meanwhile, would end the year on quite a sour note should they lose out on Raiola as they have already missed out on the College Football Playoff following a shocking loss to Alabama after a two-year reign as the nation’s most formidable program.
