Notre Dame has unveiled a shocking uniform change ahead of their showdown vs. Clemson this weekend.
The Fighting Irish have a rich history and continue to honor their tradition, but they’ve veered slightly off course with their latest uniform reveal as they will be keeping their gold pants off the field when they play the Tigers on Saturday.
The program has put some newer looks on display in recent years. They wore all green against Ohio State earlier this season and previously revealed “Shamrock Series” alternate uniforms.
They’ve taken to social media this Saturday to show off an “Icy” all-white ensemble that will be on display against Clemson today.

This isn’t a first for the Fighting Irish, they wore all white for a “Shamrock Series” game back in 2013. But, given that this is an ordinary regular-season fixture, Saturday’s choice is indeed intriguing.
