It’s not often we see Nick Saban smile, but there is one person in his life that can bring it out of him every single time.
On Saturday, the Alabama Crimson Tide looked dead in the water in their Iron Bowl rivalry game against the Auburn Tigers. Despite turning in one of its worst offensive performances of the Nick Saban era during regulation, No. 3 Alabama rallied to defeat Auburn 24-22 in the fourth overtime period.
Crimson Tide quarterback Bryce Young led the team on a 12-play, 97-yard touchdown drive with 1:35 remaining in the 4th quarter. During the fourth quarter and overtime, Young completed 12 of 22 passes for 174 yards and two touchdowns with no picks.
Following the win, Saban could be seen smiling ear to ear after seeing his wife go nuts.
Even Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin appreciated the video.
