A new report has debunked one of the biggest rumors regarding Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.
The star wideout is yet to make up his mind about declaring for the 2024 NFL Draft but it is expected that he will go pro, though he could forgo the selection process for another season with said program.
Harrison has admitted that he has unfinished business in college as he would like to win a Big Ten title, something he missed out on resulting from the Buckeyes’ loss to Michigan.
There are also claims that he could be offered as much as $20 million to remain with Ohio State for another year. That would be quite a haul for the pass catcher as it would eclipse plenty of NFL deals and is unheard of even with NIL now a thing. However, On3 founder Shannon Terry has branded the rumor “inaccurate.”
“The noise regarding Marvin Harrison being offered /talked about ~$20 M in NIL deals is one of the most inaccurate rumors in the history of College Sports,” he shared on X.

As mentioned above, Harrison is considering his future and only time will tell how things play out. It’s still pretty hard to imagine him skipping the draft in favor of another season in college as an injury could be detrimental, while he’s sure to make a huge bag as an early first-round pick.
