Mississippi State football’s offense was sloppy in Saturday’s matchup with Auburn, so Mike Leach decided to make things uncomfortable for his players.
After a meeting with the offense following an interception, Leach could be seen putting away the folding chairs set out for the offense on MSU’s sideline. With the MSU defense taking the field, Leach folded at least six chairs.
Mississippi State ended up beating Auburn, 39-33, in overtime.
This was the nice version of what Bob Knight at Texas Tech did when he famously threw a chair across the court at Indiana’s Assembly Hall during a game.
Mississippi State snapped a two-game losing skid while the Tigers remain on a five-game losing streak.
