Jim Harbaugh’s storied run with the Michigan Wolverines is reportedly coming to an end.
Last week, the Big Ten announced that Harbaugh was suspended for the Wolverines’ final three regular season games because of in-person scouting violations as well as allegations that the team engaged in an illegal sign-stealing scandal.
ESPN content producer and radio host Paul Hembekides explained that everything we’ve seen with the Harbaugh saga up to this point is “the tip of the iceberg”.
Hembekides added that “This is the end of Jim Harbaugh at Michigan”, and there’s a possibility that the Wolverines’ victories will be vacated.
Harbaugh took over as head coach of the Wolverines’ football program in 2015, following a four-year run with the San Francisco 49ers. If Harbaugh receives harsher punishments down the line, it just might prompt him to go back to the NFL.
The Wolverines will wrap up their regular season against the Ohio State Buckeyes next Saturday.
