A video posted on TikTok and Twitter appears to show a Louisville football player throwing a water bottle into the stands after the Cardinals lost to Kentucky on Saturday.
The video, posted by @WhitBenj on Twitter, lasts just five seconds but you can see the player looking around before he decides to toss the bottle into the stands. The player appears to be Cardinals freshman receiver Chris Bell.
The video does not show what happened that might have made him react this way.
Louisville lost the Governor’s Cup for the fourth straight time thanks to two touchdowns from UK quarterback Will Levis, 120 rushing yards from Chris Rodriguez and a career-high four field goals from Matt Ruffolo.
Bell did not record a reception in the game. He appeared in eight games this year, recording six catches for 94 yards.
The Cardinals end with a record of 7-5, which is also the same record as Kentucky.
