Fans in attendance for the Colorado Buffaloes-Colorado State Rams contest at Folsom Field were treated to another unpleasant surprise.
Rapper Lil Wayne not only attended the Buffaloes’ highly-anticipated matchup, but he actually gave a live performance to the crowd while the players ran out onto the field:
Los Angeles Clippers’ superstar Kawhi Leonard was also among the notable celebrities in attendance for Saturday’s game. Indeed, Deion Sanders’ arrival in Colorado has provided a lot of hype and excitement across the nation.
The Buffaloes knocked off the rival Nebraska Cornhuskers last Saturday to move to 2-0 on the year, already doubling last year’s win total. In their first game, Colorado upset the TCU Horned Frogs (last year’s national championship runner-ups) 45-42.

Sanders was the coach of the Jackson State Tigers from 2020 to 2022 before agreeing to take over the Buffaloes’ program. His son, Shedeur, also came over from Jackson State and is the club’s starting quarterback.
