Lane Kiffin and Mike Wilbon won’t be on the best of terms anytime soon.
On Tuesday’s “Pardon the Interruption,” Wilbon unloaded on the Ole Miss head coach by calling him “a clown” and “an embarrassment” while discussing the Rebels’ showdown with No. 1 Alabama.
“Lane Kiffin’s a clown,” Wilbon said in a rant ahead of this weekend’s Alabama game against the Rebels. “Lane Kiffin has been an embarrassment at multiple stops. I mean, nobody’s gonna run out there and say, yeah ‘I want Lane Kiffin right here on the logo representing me.’
… Lane Kiffin’s a cute little story for guys like us who have to talk sports every day, and we can come in Monday and say, ‘Hahaha Lane Kiffin.’ Once again, Lane Kiffin equals embarrassment at some point wherever he is.”
Kiffin quote-tweeted once he saw the video.

“And way to go out on a limb and pick the number one team in the country at home who is a huge favorite,” Kiffin tweeted. “How long did you watch film to come up with that surprise pick??? Really news worthy, captain obvious.”
