A couple of days ago, Kyler Murray took to Twitter and announced that he would forego a career in Major League Baseball and take his talents to the National Football League.
Since that decision, everybody has came out with their opinion as to why he either made a good decision or terrible one. Following a season where he won the Heisman Trophy and got his Oklahoma Sooners squad to the CFP playoffs, one college football writer is not totally convinced about Murray being an elite type of thrower, mainly when he first showed up to Oklahoma.
Matt Hayes took to Twitter and threw a shot at Murray’s passing ability ad suggested that it was Lincoln Riley that made him look good and not by his own doing.
Murray saw that tweet and fired right back.
You’re sick.

He still tried to argue his point afterwards:
He didn’t go from looking lost at Texas A&M to a potential No.1 pick because he’s an elite talent. He got there because of Riley — learning concepts and defenses and how to be a complete thrower.
That’s not breaking news.

If Murray isn’t getting slammed for his throwing ability, he’s getting doubted for his height at the QB position.
It should be noted that Murray threw for 4,361 passing yards, 42 touchdowns, while rushing for 1,001 yards and 14 TD’s. Clearly, he’s doing something right.
