The Kansas State Wildcats had one hell of a game on Saturday.
The Texas Tech Red Raiders rolled into Kansas State to take on the Wildcats following a thrilling OT victory over Texas last Saturday.
Kansas State took control in the fourth of the game, and pulled away with some big plays on both offense and defense to hang on for a 37-28 victory over Texas Tech at Bill Snyder Family Stadium.
During the fourth quarter, as the Wildcats held a 17-point lead over the Red Raiders, Kobe Savage was in coverage on a deep ball to the sideline. After the ball hit the turf and the play was whistled dead, the safety wandered into the end zone and looked beyond the back line.
He noticed the opposing cheerleaders so he blew one of them a kiss.
When the camera cut over to an angle that showed the group of cheerleaders, one of them was grinning from ear to ear.
