This week, fans have grown concerned when a photo of the Heisman Trophy winner displayed a golf ball-sized lump on his right elbow while throwing the ball for the LSU Tigers.
On Thursday, the New York Post asked Dr. Laith M. Jazrawi, Chief of the Division of Sports Medicine at NYU Langone Orthopedics, for his opinion on the picture and he stated that it was not a a huge cause for concern.

Jayden Daniels, the former LSU Tigers standout, would take to X on Friday and deliver a fiery response to the critics of his elbow. The LSU product tweeted that his elbow is “perfectly fine.”

Despite his elbow looking like that, his elbow clearly wasn’t an issue in college as he put on a throwing clinic in two seasons at LSU after transferring from Arizona State.
The 23-year-old recorded 40 passing touchdowns and 10 TDs on the ground in 2023 en route to claiming the Heisman Trophy. He threw for 3,812 yards and rushed for 1,134 yards.
The previous year in 2022 saw Daniels throw for 2,913 yards and 17 touchdowns and rush for 885 yards and 11 touchdowns.
