A golf simulator in Iowa has free beer on offer, promising to pour the alcoholic beverage free of charge until the Hawkeyes score against Michigan.
The two programs will go head-to-head in the Big 10 Championship game tonight, with Jim Harbaugh set to return from suspension and coach his team to a playoff appearance.
And an establishment located in said state has made things interesting.
“Pour Until Iowa Scores is back tomorrow night!” X-Golf Cedar Rapids posted to Facebook. “Book a 7pm Bay Time and receive draft beer at no charge until Iowa scores, the game ends or your bay time ends.”
Seems like a very bad deal for the simulator as Iowa has a 6.5 prop point, but at least it will get people in the building. Plus, they make their money from the bays and not the sale of alcohol.
