The theme of Friday around the country was the return of college football, fans in the stands, and fighting.
At NRG Stadium in Houston was the Texas Tech Red Raiders facing off against the Houston Cougars. The Cougars held as much as a 21-7 lead in the first half until the wheels came off.
In the second half, the Cougars failed to score a single point while the Red Raiders scored 31 to win the game, 38-21.
In the stands were some fans who did not like each other’s company, so words became fists thrown for one of the longest fights we have seen in quite some time.
