Hailey Van Lith, a two-time First-Team All-ACC selection as a member of the Louisville Cardinals, announced last month she would be transferring to the defending national champion LSU Tigers for the 2023-24 season.
Van Lith entered the transfer portal at the end of the women’s college basketball season, but she is graduating from Louisville in May, earning her degree in finance in three years. She has two more years of eligibility left because of the COVID year.
She also made a decision about her NIL deals that have people talking this week.
Van Lith confirmed to Pete Nakos of On3 that she will keep her NIL deal with Adidas while she is playing for a school that has a Nike deal as she’ll wear a swoosh during team activities but promote Adidas on social media.
Those are two rival companies.
Van Lith currently makes over $500K from NIL Deals alone.
