A Georgia fan has come up with a plan to stop Dylan Raiola from visiting Nebraska following reports he could flip his commitment.
The Cornhuskers are reported to be making a late push to get the quarterback to renege on his promise ahead of National Signing Day. Should it work, it would mark one of the biggest flips in NCAA history and would hand the Bulldogs an extra L.
As expected, fans were not happy to learn that the No. 1 quarterback recruit in the country is considering signing with Nebraska after committing to UGA, and one of them is looking to do something about it.
That fan made a strange request on the team’s message board, asking whether anyone works at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson Airport while pointing out that they could call in sick to get the QB’s flight canceled.
The fan, who admitted that “messing with commercial flights is a slippery slope,” has called on “loyal UGA pilots or flight attendants” to help keep the player in Georgia. They’ve also suggested that the player could be made to “lose his checked bags” so he would “have to experience the Nebraska winter without a jacket.”
Meanwhile, the Cornhuskers are also thought to be the chief destination for Ohio State transfer Kyle McCord, who is on the move following the disappointing end to the Buckeyes’ 2023 season.

It would be quite the coup for Matt Rhule should he get both these QBs. The head coach has declared that he aims to make Nebraska elite again; stealing the No. 1 signal-caller in the country would mark a great start.
