Football world, meet Jordan Thomas.
Thomas is a four-star recruit and defensive lineman who has committed to the marquee Georgia Bulldogs’ football program. Per Seth Emerson of The Athletic, the Bulldogs now have 19 total commitments.
Thomas is listed at 6-foot-5 and 315 pounds. He attends Don Bosco Preparatory High School in Ramsey, New Jersey. New England Patriots’ safety Jabrill Peppers and former Houston Texans’ GM Brian Gaine are among the notable alumni of Don Bosco Prep.
A video of Thomas completing broad jump hurdling drills on Twitter has gone viral. Let’s just say the man shows extreme athleticism and mobility for a giant of his size:
The Bulldogs are coming off a second straight national championship winning season, having defeated the TCU Horned Frogs in the finals.
Georgia saw a whopping five defensive players from their 2021 national championship team go in the first round of last year’s NFL Draft: Travon Walker (first overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars), Jordan Davis (13th to the Philadelphia Eagles), Quay Walker (22nd to the Green Bay Packers), Devonte Wyatt (28th to the Green Bay Packers) and Lewis Cine (32nd to the Minnesota Vikings).

This year, Georgia defensive tackle Jalen Carter went ninth overall to the Eagles. Offensive tackle Broderick Jones went 14th overall to the Pittsburgh Steelers, while the Eagles used the No. 30 selection on linebacker Nolan Smith.
Needless to say, Thomas is in very good hands here as he gets ready for what could be a decorated NCAA career in Georgia.
