Yeah, this would get you booted off any team at any level with serious allegations like this.
A starting college football wide receiver just had his life turned completely upside down after he found himself kicked off a D-1 college football roster.
According to a report from The Covington News, Georgia Bulldogs dismissed wide receiver Jeremiah Holloman in the wake of assault allegations levied against him.
Head coach Kirby Smart issued a statement that informed everybody of his dismissal from the Bulldogs program.
“Jeremiah Holloman no longer represents the University of Georgia football program,” Coach Kirby Smart said in a statement to The Covington News.
“We expect every member of our team to uphold the highest standards and values of the University of Georgia and Georgia football. It is disappointing when this does not happen.”
The original incident took place April 2018 where his girlfriend recalled ‘being grabbed around the throat and punched in the face” by Holloman.
“(The victim) stated that (the brother) walked in at this point and pulled the suspect (Holloman) off her. (The victim) stated she got behind (the brother) for protection. (The victim) stated the suspect (Holloman) then reached over (the brother) and punched her in the face.”
