The FOX Sports’ graphics for the Colorado Buffaloes-TCU Horned Frogs game on Saturday contained a very noticeable botch.
The game marked Deion Sanders’ debut as head coach of the Buffaloes. The 21-point underdogs stunned the nation by upsetting the home team by a final score of 45-42, thanks to a superb effort from Deion’s son, Shedeur Sanders. The Colorado quarterback threw for 510 yards (a school record) and four touchdowns.
An ultra-confident and devoted coach like Sanders is going great lengths to put more respect on the Buffaloes’ name.
If FOX officials want to help him there, they didn’t get off to the best start. I mean, you oughta at least spell the name “Colorado” right. Instead, the network had the Buffaloes’ school spelt as “Coloroado.”
“Prime Time” was head coach at Jackson State from 2020 to 2022, leading the school to consecutive SWAC Championships in each of his last two seasons there. After Sanders’ successful tenure there, he signed a lucrative deal to take over as the Buffaloes’ head coach.

The Sanders era couldn’t have gotten off to a better start in Colorado. The Buffaloes will try to continue the momentum when they welcome the Nebraska Cornhuskers next Saturday.
