Former University of Georgia cheerleader Anna Watson made major waves way back in 2012 as she lined up on the sidelines every game day to cheer the Bulldogs on to victory, but she looked much different than the other girls.
Watson, a cheerleader since age 5, was likely lifting more weights than some of the men on the football team. The then-21-year-old junior could bench press 155 pounds, squat 255 pounds, and deadlift 230 pounds.
Watson spent hours in the gym and transformed herself from a 125-pound college student to 175 pounds of lean, cut muscle.
Over 11 years later and she is going viral yet again for her newest job.
Once dubbed the “World’s Strongest Cheerleader,” Anna Watson, who now goes by Anna Munzenmaier, is a strength and conditioning coach for D1 Training Athens.
Via her bio for D1 Training Athens:
“Anna especially enjoys working with women and teaching proper mechanics to empower others to feel confident in and out of the weight room. Anna loves to see her clients grow in self-efficacy and the ability to appreciate all their amazing bodies can do!”

Back in her day, she was actually offered a $75,000 contract by a fitness modeling agency but she had to use a legal steroid to add roughly 50 pounds of pure muscle mass to her body. She turned it down because of her religion.
After realizing that there was little reward in what she was doing to her body, Anna gave up the modeling contract, gave up the insane workouts, and went back to being a cheerleader and student.
She looks to be much happier these days and you cannot put a price on that.
