Former Washington Commanders and Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy is heading back to the NCAA ranks.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Pete Thame, Bieniemy is set to join the UCLA Bruins’ coaching staff, where he’ll work as the associate head coach and offensive coordinator. The Bruins are coached by DeShaun Foster.
Bieniemy was the UCLA running backs coach from 2003 to 2005 before joining the Minnesota Vikings in 2006 for that same position. He won two Super Bowl rings as the Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive coordinator (2019 and 2022) before taking the same position with the Washington Commanders last year.
