Donald Trump’s former aide and former college quarterback, Johnny McEntee, has sparked fury with a video claiming he gives homeless people fake money for terrible reasons.
Johnny McEntee, a former quarterback at UConn who served in the Trump administration, posted a video where he admitted to giving fake money to homeless people so they can get arrested when they use it.
The assertion was made by McEntee, a key adviser to the “Project 2025” plan for a potential second term of Trump, in a TikTok video that The Right Stuff, a conservative dating app he co-founded in 2022, posted.
“So I always keep this fake Hollywood money in my car so when a homeless person asks for money, then I give him like a fake $5 bill, so I feel good about myself, they feel good,” said the former quarterback.
“And then, when they go to use it, they get arrested so I’m actually like helping clean up the community. You know, getting them off the street.”

It’s unclear whether the money the former University of Connecticut quarterback has in the clip is legitimate.
John McEntee was fired as President Donald Trump’s personal aide back in 2018 due to what was initially called an “unspecified security issue.”
