Arch Manning will reportedly be present to see his future NCAA team, the Texas Longhorns, take on the TCU Horned Frogs on Saturday.
The No. 18 ranked Longhorns will host the No. 4 ranked Horned Frogs at DKR Texas Memorial Stadium on Saturday evening. And according to a report from Justin Wells of Inside Texas, the highly-touted QB prospect will be there in Austin.
Manning, a five-star recruit, announced in June that he was committing to the Longhorns. Arch is the son of Cooper Manning, the older brother of former NFL quarterbacks Peyton and Eli Manning.
Arch’s grandfather, Archie Manning, was also an NFL quarterback. The two-time Pro Bowler spent most of his career for the New Orleans Saints (1971-82). He also played for the Houston Oilers and the Minnesota Vikings.
Cooper was a star football wide receiver in high school, but his playing career sadly ended after he was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Peyton, the middle child, starred for the Tennessee Volunteers and was drafted first overall by the Indianapolis Colts in 1998.
Eli, the youngest of the three, was drafted first overall by the San Diego Chargers in 2004. Having refused to play for the organization, he was quickly traded to the New York Giants in a blockbuster deal that sent Philip Rivers to the Bolts.
Both Peyton and Eli won two Super Bowl championships in their illustrious careers. The latter won both of his with the Giants (in 2007 and 2011), and Peyton won it with the Indianapolis Colts (in 2006) and the Denver Broncos (2015).

Saturday’s showdown between the Longhorns and Horned Frogs is one of the most pivotal remaining on the 2022 NCAA football regular season schedule. TCU, of course, is in the running for the four-team College Football Playoff National Championship. A loss, however, would put a giant dent in their hopes of qualifying.
