There was plenty for Texas Longhorns fans to get excited about as their football team took to the field over the weekend for their highly-anticipated Spring Game.
Heading into the event, most people were talking about freshman phenom quarterback Arch Manning, as the nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning was set to take his first snaps in a Longhorns uniform.
Arch would struggle, and social media would let him hear about it.
The good news for Manning is he was somewhat overshadowed by an unlikely individual.
During the game, it wasn’t one of the players who was going viral and turning head on social media. Rather, it was Danielle Thomas, a.k.a. the Pole Assassin, who’s also the girlfriend of Texas special teams coordinator Jeff Banks.
Thomas posted a photo of herself flashing the horns-up in her racy, Longhorns-themed outfit. And social media took notice.

With a nickname like “pole assassin,” it’s not hard to figure out Thomas’ profession.
This isn’t her first time making headlines, either. A few Halloweens ago, “Pole Assassin” was hit with a lawsuit after her pet monkey bit a trick-or-treater.
