Baby Gronk’s father, Jake San Miguel, is taking heat online as someone managed to catch one of his wild tweets before he deleted it.
The 11-year-old has aspirations of playing in the NFL and is already quite popular, thanks to his dad. BG, whose real name is Madden San Miguel, recently went viral after taking a photo with LSU stat Olivia Dunne.
His social media activity is controlled by the senior San Miguel, who has made many connections through his marketing work and background in sports. The relationships he’s cultivated have allowed his son to visit close to 20 college football programs, and he’s “committed” to several of them over the past year.
He announced at least three commitments just this month, with Colorado his latest.
“I do marketing, man,” Jake told The Athletic last June. “It’s a brand. It’s a movement. I handle it all. I have friends who played in the NFL, who coach in the Power 5, and former high school teammates. I know people in charge of social media for various companies.”
While he’s done well to get his son out there, Jake has fielded quite a lot of criticism, with many suggesting he’s going way overboard. A recent post showing Baby Gronk sitting on a beach with a pair of bikini-clad women seemed like the last straw.
The deleted post resurfaced on Twitter/X, leading to some angry reactions from other users.

Baby Gronk Isn’t About To Slow Down
The new wave of criticism is unlikely to get Baby Gronk to slow down. He and his father want him to have an NFL career, and the latter will do whatever he feels is necessary to get it.
Of course, photos with scantily-clad women probably aren’t the way to go in that regard, which is why he chose to delete it. But there will be something else soon; you can count on him for that.
