Floyd Mayweather has had a tough 2020 with the death of the mother of his children and his uncle.
Back in March, Josie Harris, who is the mother of 3 children with Floyd Mayweather, was found deceased inside her vehicle which was parked outside her in Valencia, California. As it turned out, her cause of death has been revealed as an accidental overdose involving fentanyl and Xanax, according to The Blast.
According to official records, The Los Angeles Medical Examiner-Coroner determined 40-year-old Josie died of “MIXED DRUG TOXICITY (FENTANYL, ALPRAZOLAM).”
At the time of her death, Josie was headed to trial with Floyd in a $20 million lawsuit. The two were scheduled to face off at trial on December 7, 2020.
It was back in 2015 when Harri sued Mayweather for $20 million and accusing him of lying about her in an interview with Katie Couric. That interview saw Mayweather claim Harris was high on drugs during a 2010 domestic violence incident. Mayweather spent two months behind bars for that incident.
