Jeremiah Taylor is definitely going to be headed to prison soon after the former Marshall University football player was arrested in an undercover sting, accused of preying on children, according to WSAZ.
“According to a criminal complaint, Jeremiah Taylor was caught by a member of the FBI on a social app between January 19th and January 24th of 2019.
Taylor, who wore number 58 on the Marshall football team, was using the username “58thatdude58.”
Officials say Taylor sent videos of child porn to the undercover agent and asked for explicit videos and photos in return.”
The agent stated Taylor appeared to be a member and participant of a child pornography group where group members posted thousands of images and videos of child porn, according to Herald Dispatch.
Taylor allegedly told the agent “I have no limits” and “I have videos” in reference to child porn that allegedly depicted child rape with children ranging in age from toddlers to prepubescent minors.
Taylor was a defensive end for Marshall from 2010-13, finishing his junior season as team captain, accumulating 54 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and two forced fumbles.
Jeremiah Taylor is said to be in south central regional jail.
