Victor Page’s life continues to go down the wrong path, but this time, he is looking to never recover and possibly spend the rest of his life in prison.
The former Georgetown University basketball player, who played on the same team as Allen Iverson, is facing a bevy of charges that include attempted rape as new details emerged in court documents released just this week.
“The day before New Year’s Eve, residents in the Upper Marlboro neighborhood reportedly saw Page on top of his girlfriend’s teenage daughter and called police.
According to court documents, the victim’s mother said Page needed to pried off of the teenage girl, that he chased her, and that he choked her and tried to pull her pants off.
The 17-year-old was able to escape, but Page reportedly caught up with her and tried to rape her again before neighbors rescued her.
FOX 5 has been told that the victim is traumatized, and having difficulty attending school since the incident happened.”
Here’s a list of what charges Page is facing:
– Attempted first-degree rape
– Attempted second-degree rape
– Attempted second-degree sexual abuse of a minor
– Second-degree child abuse
– Attempted third-degree sex offense
– Second-degree assault
– Fourth-degree attempted sex offense
His past criminal behavior include assault, indecent exposure, and sex offenses.
According to the report, Page is still currently behind bars with no bond.
