A video of Florida State University Seminoles quarterback Jordan Travis has quickly gone viral, with the 23-year-old showing significant progress in his recovery from a gruesome ankle injury that ended his senior year.
Travis’ final collegiate season ended abruptly when he fractured his ankle in the Seminoles’ Nov. 18 game against the North Alabama Lions. His 2023 campaign ended with 2,756 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, two interceptions and seven rushing scores.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport posted a video of Travis performing an intense training workout as he continues to recover from the injury. Rapoport noted that Travis should receive full clearance by next month:

ESPN’s Mel Kiper and Pro Football Focus both have Travis ranked as the No. 9 quarterback in the 2024 NFL Draft class.
Despite losing Travis, the Seminoles closed out the season with a perfect 13-0 before being controversially snubbed from the four-team College Football Playoff National Championship tournament.
The CFP committee instead voted for the Alabama Crimson Tide to join the Michigan Wolverines, Washington Huskies and Texas Longhorns in the tournament. Jim Harbaugh’s Wolverines went on to defeat the Huskies in the national championship game.
In college, Travis completed 62.0 percent of his pass attempts for 8,715 yards, 66 touchdowns and 20 interceptions.
