Shilo Sanders, Shedeur Sanders, and Travis Hunter all saw their college careers come to an end as they were blown out by the BYU Cougars 36-14 in the Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, Texas.
Next year’s team will be without all three.
Hunter recorded four catches for 104 yards and a 43-yard catch and run touchdown.
Shedeur Sanders threw for 208 yards and two scores, but he was also picked off twice and sacked four times.
Shilo Sanders led the defense with eight tackles and added on pass deflection to the stat sheet.
He was highly praised for his actions after the blowout loss.
Since it was his final time on the field for Colorado, he decided to stick around and take some pictures with fans from both the Colorado and BYU sides.

Does Shilo Sanders Have a Chance To Make It Into The NFL?
Unlike Shedeur Sanders, who is certain to be selected in the NFL Draft, no one truly knows what will happen with Shilo from here.
Deion Sanders’ son and Colorado Buffaloes safety had his six-year college career come to an end after a blowout loss at the hands of BYU.
Back in Feb. 2024, Deion Sanders met Las Vegas Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce in an event where he asked him to draft both of his sons and let them play for the franchise.
“You are truly the best,” Coach Primes said to Pierce, via Yahoo Sports. “Now I just need you to do one thing: I need you to draft those Sanders boys.”
Shilo Sanders began his collegiate career at South Carolina.
In the 2024 season, he had 67 tackles, one forced fumble, one sack, and two pass deflections.
No one truly knows if he may be taken in the NFL Draft or sign later to head to a camp to try his hand at making a team.
