Football fans are loving the epic endzone designs for today’s Gasparilla Bowl showdown between the Tulane Green Wave and the Florida Gators.
The 9-4 Green Wave will meet the 7-5 Gators for the Gasparilla Bowl (formerly called the St. Petersburg Bowl) at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ home venue of Raymond James Stadium. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. EST.
Brett McMurphy of the Action Network shared some images of the slick endzone designs for the bowl game. They have a beautiful turquoise color with treasure chest maps, retaining the pirate theme for the Bucs’ home stadium:

Georgia Tech Won Last Year’s Gasparilla Bowl
Last year, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets cruised to a 30-17 victory over UCF to capture the Gasparilla Bowl to clinch a winning season (7-6). Running back Jamal Haynes was named the MVP of the game after rushing for 128 yards.
