ESPN committed a hilarious yet also embarrassing graphic botch while promoting the Camellia Bowl during Saturday’s edition of “SportsCenter”.
The Northern Illinois Huskies faced the Arkansas State Red Wolves in the Camellia Bowl on Saturday. But as you can see in the video below, ESPN displayed the Arkansas Razorbacks’ logo instead of the Red Wolves:
For reference, here’s what the Red Wolves’ logo looks like. As you can tell, it’s considerably different than that of the Razorbacks’:
The Razorbacks finished a disappointing 4-8 this season and thus didn’t qualify for a bowl game. As for the ACTUAL competitors in the Camellia Bowl, the Huskies emerged victorious 21-19 in a low-scoring affair.
Antario Brown paced the Huskies’ offense with 132 rushing yards on five carries. Quarterback Rocky Lombardi had 200 passing yards and one touchdown against two interceptions, and wideout Grayson Barnes hauled in five receptions for 105 yards and a touchdown.
