Social media continues to buzz surrounding an upcoming visit by one of the top recruits in the class of 2024.
To win games, you need to win in recruiting, and almost out of nowhere, Nebraska seems like the next program to land a highly touted player that could change their fortunes around.
Five-star Georgia commit Dylan Raiola could make major waves across the college football recruiting landscape as he is posed to flip his commitment to Nebraska. The No. 1 quarterback in the 2024 class, who’s been committed to Georgia since May, is widely expected to flip and join Matt Rhule’s program.
Just before his visit to Nebraska, Raiola posted a cryptic message on social media.
Before Raiola, Nebraska also had a shot at Ohio State transfer Kyle McCord who visited them last weekend, but he may sense that the five-star quarterback is going to sign so he is taking his talents elsewhere.
Raiola would be a massive get for Nebraska as the team heads into its second season of the Rhule coaching era.

Raiola’s ties to Nebraska are hard to ignore as his father, Dominic, was a starting center at Nebraska from 1998-2000, winning the Rimington Trophy and earning consensus All-American honors as a junior. Raiola’s uncle, Donovan, is the offensive line coach for the Cornhuskers.
Once upon a time, Nebraska set a record with 35 straight bowl trips. This year, the Huskers started 5-3 but still couldn’t end the longest ongoing bowl drought in the Power 5 as they finished the year 5-7.
The tide may be turning soon.
