Barring a wild turnaround, Mattress Mack will lose a cool $3.1 million on the National Championship game this Monday.
The Texas business owner, whose real name is Jim McIngvale, is one of the more popular punters in the world, having developed a reputation for making massive bets.
Taking to social media a few days ago, Mattress Mack revealed having placed a $1.5 million bet on the TCU Horned Frogs to beat the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2023 College Football National Championship with DraftKings, as well as a $1.5 million wager with Caesars, and another stake worth $131,000 with Wynn Sportsbook.
He stands to lose all of it if the Horned Frogs suffer a defeat. And that’s very likely to be the case as they went into halftime down 38-7 on the back of a pathetic first-half performance.
McInvale has been caught on camera looking just the way a man with over three million dollars in the fire should look.

Should things continue the way they’re going, Mattress Mack probably won’t mind too much as he won a whopping $75 million on the Houston Astros’ World Series win last year.
