Liam Kirk was arrested after he allegedly touched and harassed five Penn State students inappropriately in the student section during the White Out against Auburn on Sept. 18th. He also allegedly hit one woman on the top of the head and elbowed another in the head while at the stadium, according to Bret Pallotto of the Centre Daily Times.
The University of Delaware running back has been charged with three counts of indecent assault without the consent of others, one count of disorderly conduct, two counts of harassment and one count of public drunkenness, according to court documents.
Kirk, who was not allowed to be in the student section at all, was reportedly “highly intoxicated” and “caused great annoyance” as the Nittany Lions took on the Tigers, according to affidavit written by university police.
The 20-year-old sophomore running back for the Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens of FCS has been suspended “until further notice,” a university spokesperson told Pallotto.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 24.
