Deion Sanders has welcomed his other son to Colorado following his own controversial switch.
The former NFL star surprisingly chose to leave Jackson State late last year, taking his son Shedeur with him. Shilo Sanders remained with the Tigers and was even thought to be upset with his dad and brother over the move as he unfollowed them on social media. However, he’s now set to be part of the roster overhaul himself.
Shilo announced his commitment to the Buffaloes program on Saturday in a video that showed him arriving at the team’s facility in a new, white AMG GLE 63 S Coupe. The safety has a NIL deal with Mercedes-Benz and made full use of it for his announcement video, which included a soundbite from Coach Prime’s “luggage” speech to his new team after taking the reins in December.
The video, captioned, “Committed #Headachegang™️ #BIG21,” ended with Shilo wearing a No. 21 jersey and running in an empty Folsom Field.
The 23-year-old safety kicked his college career off at South Carolina. He appeared in 13 games for the program, registering 32 tackles over the span of two seasons.
Shilo made 39 tackles, four interceptions, seven pass breakups, and two forced fumbles after transferring to JSU to play for his father, earning second-team honors.

The latest Buffaloes commit would log 20 tackles, one interception, and five broken passes last season. His arrival from Jackson State makes him the eighth player to follow Deion from his former job.
